Ask any vendor, including us, three questions before you sign. What does this cost per year as my team grows? What does it cost to take every file I own with me? What happens to my data on the day I cancel? The answers tell you more than the sales call will.
A migration is the moment you get to fix the workflow rather than relocate it. Count the hand‑keying before you rebuild it somewhere new.
