On January 30, 2025, Qualia acquired RamQuest and E‑Closing from Old Republic.1 E‑Closing’s own site now reads, “E‑Closing is now a part of Qualia.”2
Reported transition‑support windows — roughly three years for RamQuest CCE and about one year for RamQuest One — come from an industry consultant, not from Qualia.3 Treat those dates as unconfirmed. If you run either product, the durable version of that answer is the one Qualia gives you in writing.
The next closing will land somewhere. The last ten years of closings are the harder question. Before anything is retired, ask where you will open a 2019 file in 2029 — and what it will cost to look.
Not the license — the months. Parallel running, re‑keying open files, retraining closers mid‑pipeline. Count that before you count features.
Read the export clause before the demo. What does it cost to export every file you own, and what happens to your data when you cancel? Wherever you land — including with us — the answers tell you more than the sales call will.
CleanCloze is closing software for independent title shops. $25 per file, published. No seats, no contract, no migration fee, month to month.
Your files stay yours: open any file free, export your whole book any time free. We never charge you to leave.
Send us your RamQuest or E‑Closing export. We load your file history into CleanCloze so every prior file stays searchable — free, whether or not you stay. Your files are yours; exporting them back out is free, always.
Every imported file keeps its file number, parties, property, and closing date — and preserves every column of your original export alongside it, so nothing is lost in the move.
If you’d like your file history loaded, or a walkthrough while you weigh your options, write to us. If the timing is wrong, no reply needed.
